Refund Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Please read before you pay: our system starts producing your video the moment we receive your brief. Because that work begins immediately, we cannot refund an order for a change of mind, or ask to cancel, after payment. If something goes wrong, message us in your order chat and we will work to put it right.

1. Why refunds are limited

Every order is custom digital work. As soon as your payment is confirmed and your brief is received, scripting, voiceover, visuals and editing begin automatically, and time and resources are used right away. For this reason payments are non-refundable once made, except in the limited cases below.

2. When we will refund

  • Duplicate or mistaken charge: you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount. Tell us as soon as you notice.
  • We fail to deliver: we do not deliver your first video within 72 hours of confirmed payment, and you ask for a refund before it is delivered.
  • We cannot produce your brief: we decline or cancel the project (for example it breaks our acceptable use rules). We will refund the part we have not produced.

3. Single video (Basic plan)

Once a video has been delivered the payment is final because the work is complete and the file has been handed over. If the video does not reasonably match your agreed brief, use your included revision within 8 hours of delivery. If the revised video still does not match the agreed brief, contact us and we will review the situation in good faith.

4. Packs (Pro and Scale plans)

Production for a pack starts when we receive your brief, and we deliver the videos one after another. Because of this, unused videos in a pack are not refundable once the project has started. We will keep delivering the videos you have paid for. The exceptions in section 2 apply.

5. Optional extras

Extras that we agreed to (for example a custom thumbnail) are non-refundable once work on them has begun.

6. What is not refundable

  • Orders cancelled or regretted after payment, or a change of topic, niche or plans after production has started.
  • Change requests made after the 8-hour window, or videos you did not download before they were deleted.
  • Dissatisfaction with views, subscribers, revenue or monetization. We do not guarantee results.
  • Delays caused by missing assets or no reply from you.

7. How to request a refund

If you believe one of the cases in section 2 applies, message us in your order chat with your tracking ID, or email support@growwithali.com from the address on your account. We reply as soon as possible, normally within one business day.

8. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks typically take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.

Please do not file a chargeback before contacting us. We will respond quickly and work with you. This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under consumer law where you live.
