Our promise: we never share your videos or important project data with anyone, anywhere. Delivered videos are completely deleted from our side 8 hours after successful delivery.
1. Who we are
GrowWithAli ("we", "us") operates growwithali.com, a service that produces faceless YouTube videos on request. You can reach us at support@growwithali.com.
2. Information we collect
- Google sign-in: when you choose "Continue with Google" we receive your name, email address and profile picture URL from Google. We use only these basic profile details to create and identify your account. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, YouTube account or contacts.
- Project brief: the details you enter in the brief form (channel link, niche, preferences, reference links, extras and notes).
- Messages: the messages you send in your order chat and the replies and deliveries we send you.
- Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as amount and payment status). We never see or store your full card number.
- Notifications: if you turn on notifications, we store a browser push subscription so we can alert you to new messages and deliveries. You can turn it off in your browser at any time.
- Technical data: basic logs and cookies or local storage needed to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure.
3. How we use your information
- To create your account and let you sign in.
- To process your payment, create your project and generate your tracking ID.
- To produce and deliver your videos and communicate with you by chat, push notification and email.
- To keep records for accounting, fraud prevention and support.
- To improve and secure the service.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your videos, scripts or briefs for advertising or to train public models.
4. Your videos and project data
Delivered videos are available through a private link for 8 hours. After that, the link is disabled and the video and its related files are deleted from our side. We do not publish your videos, show them as examples or share them with third parties without your written permission. Project briefs and chat history are kept only as long as needed for support, accounting and dispute handling, normally up to 12 months, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see "Your rights").
5. Who processes data for us
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Netlify (website hosting and serverless functions), Zoho Mail (sending email to you) and Google (sign-in). They process data only to provide their service to us under their own terms and privacy policies.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use only essential storage: your sign-in session, your selected plan and your brief draft so you do not lose it. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Access to project data is limited by database security rules so customers only see their own projects, and only authorised team members can view the admin console. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@growwithali.com from the address on your account. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
9. Children
Our service is not directed to children under 13, and accounts are for people aged 18 or over. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, they use recognised safeguards for such transfers.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in a material way we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in your order chat or by email.
